Shawn’s greatest passion is travel. He has visited 70+ countries and 40 U.S. states. Shawn has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from Harvard Law School and a Bachelors in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. He loves planning impeccable and unique journeys clients and innovative, groundbreaking, one-of-a-kind events.

Jim is originally from Texas but has lived in the greater Boston area for over six years. Jim has worked in the travel industry since 1985 when he began working for the Fairmont Hotel as an Assistant Reservations Manager. In 1987, he went to work for American Airlines working in their reservations department and soon after was transferred to the City Ticket Offices (CTO’s) working at a ticket counter and sometimes at DFW airport. By 1995, Jim was hired by a local travel agency owner booking airline tickets, hotel reservations, and groups to England and the US. Jim took a hiatus from the travel world and went to work for The Episcopal Church. In 2011, he returned to his former travel agency alternating days at the church and the agency. In the spring of 2018, Jim joined Concierge Travel Advisors, an affiliate of Montecito Village Travel a Virtuoso Agency where he continues to work booking luxury travel all over the world with the benefit of 30 years of experience. Jim has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States.
Laura began her career in travel in 1980. Her mother worked for the infamous Braniff International for many years, she has Jet-A fuel in her blood. Traveling extensively as a child, seeing the world and getting the best education you can offer, Laura went into the industry and travel is her passion! Excelling, in the industry, obtained her CTC, Certified Travel Consultant, a highly sought recognition. Her clients are #1 with her and is easily accessible to them 24/7. Laura has seen and experienced so many wonderful changes in the industry, especially in the luxury market, making Concierge Travel Advisors the perfect fit. Member of Virtuoso, an affiliate of renowned, Montecito Village Travel and YTC/Frosch. She is a native Dallas, Texan and resides in Dallas, has a son, daughter and 5 grandchildren and works from home with her 2 Pomeranians, Rusty & Fritz, and Shi Tzu, Dexter.
Lori Ferguson was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. As an avid traveler, she’s learned that it’s the little things that make a vacation unforgettable. She spends her time studying, discussing, designing, and visiting destinations most people only dream about. She designs one-of-a-kind travel experiences by asking the right questions to really understand what is important to each client to design that trip of a lifetime. She learns what your passions are, and then orchestrates your escape! Lori is a certified scuba diver, and specializes in luxury beach vacations, weddings and romance travel, and adventure travel. Some of her favorite places to travel are the Hawaiian Islands, Italy, Costa Rica and the Cayman Islands.
Robin Gill is a travel advisor with Concierge Travel Advisors and is based in Dallas, Texas. Robin is originally from Georgia, but has spent most of her life based in Texas. Robin attended the University of North Texas and has a degree in Fine art and Sociology. She also attended culinary school at the Natural Gourmet institute in New York City and spent many years in the hospitality industry. Robin has always loved to travel and was fortunate to be involved in many culinary travel research trips in her career. Robin has travelled extensively in the United States to include Alaska and Hawaii. She has also spent time in many European countries with a particular love of Ireland and Scotland. Robin has travelled across the continent of South America and explored much of Mexico. She looks forward to many more adventures and helping you plan your next adventure!
An emphasis on travel from an early age shaped Arienne’s interest in art, languages and culture. In college she studied art history and Spanish, then spent a year learning French in Paris at the Sorbonne. Upon returning to the U.S., Arienne moved to New York City and spent over 15 years planning large-scale charity galas as a consultant to universities, hospitals and dozens of other non-profits. But her love of travel persisted, and in 2017 Arienne decided to transfer her planning skills from events to travel. Since jumping into the industry, Arienne has created inspiring trips her clients have often called “once-in-a-lifetime.” Whether chartering a yacht to explore Croatia, renting a villa on a Caribbean island, glamping in Patagonia or exploring South Africa’s wine region. Arienne crafts itineraries unique to each client, based on interests and travel goals. Arienne focuses on encouraging travelers to Delve Deep into the Destination, really experiencing the culture and environment through food and beverage, art and architecture, history, nature, and of course, by interacting with local people.
